“Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.”
Isaiah 54:2 — 2026, Our Year of Enlargement & FavourWhere Jesus Lives
Three sanctuaries — The Lord’s City on Kangundo Road, Kitengela and Thika. Led by Rev. B. Akama and Pst. Juliet Akama.
Fourteen days of prayer and fasting across our season of harvest — a call to raise sacred offerings unto the Lord.
Daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a personal fast you can keep wherever you are — at home, at work, or wherever God has placed you. Our weekday services continue as normal, and you are warmly welcome to come and pray with us in person.
Every night for the duration of the fast, hosted by Rev B. Akama and streamed live on TikTok. Join in from wherever you are.

Two days of concentrated, corporate prayer as the fast builds to its close — seven hours each day. Hosted by Rev B. Akama at The Lord’s City, Kangundo Road.
We close the fast together with a service of celebration and thanksgiving for everything God has done over the fourteen days. Hosted by Rev B. Akama at The Lord’s City. Please note the 9 AM start — this replaces the usual Sunday timetable.
Sound of Abundance Church is a Spirit-filled Christian church with three sanctuaries. The Lord’s City sits along Kangundo Road in Nairobi, directly opposite Saika Estate and just before Naivas Supermarket. We also gather in Kitengela and in Thika.
We are a loving community passionate about encountering God’s presence through worship, the Word and prayer. We believe in divine encounters that bring healing, breakthrough and transformation to every life. Wherever you join us, it is the same family, the same Word and the same presence of God.

Led by a couple who carry God’s heart for the people — welcome to the SOA family.

We gather in Kitengela every Sunday morning. If you are on the Namanga Road side of the city, this is your church home — same family, same presence of God, closer to you.

Head along the Nairobi–Namanga Road towards Kitengela town.
Look out for Kaputiei Safariland Hotel — the sign sits above the gate, and the white building with the pink-and-grey roof is visible from the road.
Turn in at the gate. There is parking inside the compound.
Service runs 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM every Sunday. Come a few minutes early and someone will show you in.
Our young people are not the church of tomorrow — they are already leading worship, running the sound desk, filling the front rows and carrying the gospel to their friends. There is a place here for you.
To advance the gospel greatly to young people, letting them know the importance of having a personal relationship with God.
To use the means within our reach — taking full advantage of social platforms — to propel the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The early Sunday service at The Lord’s City, led by and for young people.
Three hours in the Word together, with room for questions, prayer and real friendship.
Many families come to SOA and stay because of what happens in the children’s hall. While you are in the service, your child is in a safe, bright room with people who know their name — learning who God is through stories, songs, craft and play.
Children’s Church runs alongside the Sunday Breakthrough Service at The Lord’s City. Bring them along for the first time and a team member will walk you through sign-in.
Songs, simple Bible stories and lots of play, in a room set up for little ones.
Bible stories they can act out, memory verses, craft and worship they actually enjoy.
Digging into Scripture properly, asking hard questions, and learning to pray for themselves.
The bridge into Youth Alive — faith that holds up at school and among friends.
There is a place for everyone at SOA. Find your community and grow in faith together.

A lively community for young people — growing in faith, purpose and friendship. Come alive in God.
